The five domains that all sound courses and programmes should write outcomes for are: cognitive (intellectual), affective (values), psychomotor (manual/practical), metacognitive (reflection/epistemology) and interpersonal (communicaitons, conflict resolution, collaboration, and cross-cultural communication)
