Curricula are failing to prepare graduates for a world where AI is an inescapable professional reality. As employers increasingly demand AI fluency, critical evaluation, and ethical reasoning, graduates are entering the workforce underprepared.
The report highlights a significant governance gap: traditional curriculum review cycles are too slow, and faculty lack mandatory, structured professional development to reimagine their pedagogy. To resolve this, the report provides a 12-month action plan for senior leaders (DVCs and PVCs).
